Are you vegan?

... uh are you vegan ...? (I do not know) 🥦

Do you eat fish ...? (no) 🐠

Are you getting enough protein ...? (yes) 💪🏻

The above are three typical questions I often get asked because people have a hard time believing that it is possible to run every day on a plant-based diet. 🌱

It is now "going" really well, after 556 days in a row in the running shoes. 🏃🏻‍♂️

But does it not matter what you are and do? 🤔

I know it's so cool to be able to put people in a 📦

But I believe that the individual must do what is best for himself. 🙏🏼

It is your life and your responsibility. 😊

I also never ask whether you are "Meat King" 🥩 or "Fishing Frank" 🐟 ?

And I also never wear t-shirts that say "Vegan Power" 🌱 or "It's a shame for the pig" 🐷

I do what I do for MY health's because I'm a heart patient ♥ ️

Data from my blood tests have shown that combining a plant-based diet and exercise is good for ME and MY body. 📈

So facts trump emotions here.
