The discovery that changed my life
I can not say that there are many benefits of being young with the title of chronically ill heart patient if I think back to all the positive things that have happened to me over the last four years.
The positive list of changes is long:
My asthma has disappeared
My cholesterol-lowering medication has been removed
My cholesterol levels as a heart patient are almost as they should be
Grass, dust, and cat allergies are gone
My recovery is significantly improved after training
My energy level is higher
I can run daily
I have run my longest distance ever (43.67 km)
Has got a more muscular body
Has gained a greater knowledge of plant-based diets
Gained a more excellent knowledge of myself
I have been fortunate, for which I am very grateful.
My promise
I want to show others how great a change, the will and action of the individual, creates for oneself and others.
My promise:
"Is to inspire as many people as possible, to eat healthier, be more active, and take even better care of the one body we've got."
Not just today. Not just tomorrow. But the rest of my life.
There are MANY people out there who need help and inspiration.
Chronic
The new reality hit me for my first encounter in the heart disease outpatient clinic, where a nurse said the following:
"Yes, now you are a chronically ill heart patient."
I could feel that I was upset and subsequently angry and thought:
She's not supposed to call me that.
BUT right there, I discovered something:
I CAN ONLY BE CHRONICALLY SICK WHEN I AM LIFE
That discovery changed my life radically, and I began to CHALLENGE and EXPLORE my illness.
Today, I travel all over Denmark and give talks on my life transformation. It has been a wild and inspiring journey for me so far.
